After your wedding is completed, I take your images directly to my editing software and touch each one with my unique, light and bright style, as well as some fine tuning touchups.
When the gallery is completed, you will receive an email inviting you to view your organized gallery and printers release. I take a limited number of weddings each year, so as to keep turn around times short. Although I don't guarantee deliveries within this time frame, typical delivery for all of my galleries is within 6-8 weeks.
I offer beautiful, flat lay, custom designed, wedding albums. If this interests you, please ask me about it. There is a 10% discount when your custom album is purchased at the time of booking.
I try to keep things simple and helpful, because so much of wedding planning can be unreasonably complicated. After you fill out my contact form, I will reach out and help you pick a coverage package that is right for your celebration. I will draft a bridal contract for you, and we will get an engagement session on the schedule.
From there, as the wedding day gets closer, I have a few fun questionnaires for you to answer to help me understand all the special people and elements of your wedding day. I put together a custom timeline, that we will fine tune together, based your answers and solidify any last minute details, changes and reminders.
When it comes to your wedding day, I am always on call to answer any questions you have.
THE PROCESS
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The best time for a session is my most asked question. My answer is simple, the first two hours when the sun rises and the last three to four hours before it sets are almost always going to give us the most beautiful skin tones and that golden hour glow that is loved so much.
If your a morning person, GREAT! I am always up for a sunrise session. However, by popular demand, I usually default to our later in the day options. I check the projected sunset time for the date being discussed and we do our best to work with that.
All that being said, I also believe, in the right locations, good light can be procured at almost any time of day. Consultation and location are so key to the creation of beautiful images.

Editing images to deliver to my clients is very important to me. I would describe my editing style as "the best version of reality." I have spent countless hours over the years perfecting my true color editing style. I love this style for myself and for my clients because it represent a reflection of life. My heart desires to provide images that you and your great-grandchildren can look upon as if in a mirror of days gone by.

This is such a difficult question to answer, but one I get a lot, because circumstances can affect each situation individually.
Typically, because of the season of life my family is in, I try to stay closer to home on a consistent basis - Valley City and Jamestown, ND + the surrounding small towns.
This being said, if you have a destination wedding in the works or are from out of state, please don't hesitate to reach out. If it would work out, I would love to travel.

I love this question! Here are a few of my TIPS:
I like to simplify this first by saying - soft neutrals, classic jewel tones, minimal patterns, and put that man in a jacket!
- Soft neutrals or jewel tones typically photograph beautifully! They are complementary to most skin tones, are easy to match and aid in a timeless look.
- Patterns are so fun, but when it comes to pictures we want to be careful not to overwhelm. When looking at patterns for photos, think small and simple.
- Men looks AMAZING in a blazer or jacket. It is the secret truth to great photos. Hello broad shoulders!
- When in doubt, keep it simple. I am always here to help my clients with any and all outfit questions and consultations. We will work together to make sure you and yours look amazing!

Each gallery is delivered online through PASS Galleries.
You will receive an email from me when your gallery in completed, inviting you to view your images.
The images will be organized for viewing convenience.
You will have the option to download High Resolution images (for printing) or Web Size images (for sharing online).
There is a beautiful print shop attached to each gallery for your convenience, or you can download and print your images anywhere you would like.
